The Free plan is free, forever. There's nothing to refund.

Smart & Power plans
Our plans are billed monthly. You can cancel any time — no retention calls, no forms.
When you cancel, we don't pro-rate or refund the current month. You keep access till the end of the period you paid for.

7-day good-faith refund
If you paid for Smart or Power and feel SalaryFy isn't for you within 7 days of first payment, email hello@salaryfy.in — we'll refund in full, no questions asked. One-time, per user.

Annual plans (for teams)
For annual enterprise plans, unused months are refundable on a pro-rated basis less a 10% administrative fee, subject to the signed agreement.

Payment failures & duplicates
Duplicate charges due to payment processor issues are refunded within 5 working days of confirmation.
