Our promise
SalaryFy is built by a small team at ON Labs. We are salaried Indians too. We've designed this product with one non-negotiable: your financial data is yours, always.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with advertisers, data brokers, or partners. Ever.
What data we collect
Account data: your name, email, and password hash. That's the bare minimum to let you log in.
Financial data you enter: salary, expenses, investments, tax information — stored encrypted and owned by you.
Usage telemetry: anonymised events (e.g. 'tax estimator opened') — only if you've consented in Cookie Settings.
How we use your data
To run the product you signed up for — Money Pulse, calculators, reports, insights.
To improve the product (only from anonymised usage data where you've consented).
To communicate with you about your account — never unsolicited marketing.
How we store your data
Local-first wherever possible. Your device holds the primary copy of sensitive data.
Encrypted cloud backups use AES-256. Access is gated by your SalaryFy credentials.
Backups are stored in India-based data centres unless you explicitly opt for cross-region.
Your rights
Access: download a full copy of your data any time, in JSON or CSV.
Correction: edit or fix any field, any record — directly in the product.
Deletion: delete your account any time. All personal data is erased within 30 days.
Portability: export everything, take it with you, no lock-in.
Children
SalaryFy is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
We'll notify you by email and in-product banner at least 30 days before any material change. Trivial edits (like fixing a typo) may happen without notice.
