By creating a SalaryFy account or using our free tools, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We recommend a password manager and 2FA.
One person, one account. Shared accounts aren't supported (family groups use separate seats under the Power plan).
Acceptable use
Don't use SalaryFy to break laws, commit fraud, or harass others.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
Don't upload content you don't own or have a right to.
Our obligations
We'll do our best to keep SalaryFy secure, available, and accurate. We aim for 99.5% uptime but can't guarantee zero downtime — no one honestly can.
Fees and cancellation
Paid plans (Smart, Power) are monthly. You can cancel any time from your account settings.
No refunds for partial months — but you keep access till the end of the billing period.
Payment details are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner; we never store card numbers.

SalaryFy provides tools, calculators and information — not personalised financial advice. For regulated advice, consult a SEBI-registered advisor or chartered accountant.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SalaryFy is provided as-is. Our maximum liability equals the fees you've paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
